Nike Complaint - Nikes Are Coming Apart
I have become very unhappy with Nike´s quality assurance regarding tennis shoes. I play tennis on clay courts, less tough on shoes than hard courts, and have used Nike´s for several years. My last two pairs of these expensive model tennis shoes have ripped in the area of the little toes. The problem is caused by glueing the soft upper of the shoe against a very hard rubber toes protector the shoe has on its front end. Each pair of these shoes, made in Vietnam, rip before one year of use.
The worse part is that I have not found a place to complaint: these shoes should be replaced by a Nike store. I bought them in Portage, Michigan, and took them to Colombia, where I live.
Not buying Nike ever again, that´s for sure.
