Carl's Junior At La Cienega In Los Angeles Complaint - There Was A Fly On My Burrito And Store Manager Was Very Unprofessional, The Worst Thing You Can Find In A Restaurant

Review by HARID on 2009-06-08
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- On June 7, 09 on Carl's Junior of La Cienega I walked in the restaurant I was not greeter by anybody this individual ignored me, she was on the phone the employee (cashier). Did not even said hi, when finally I got my order and almost finished my burrito, there was a fly on the scramble egg, I talk to the manager which could not be identified since she was not wearing a name tag, and I told her about the problem she did not solved the problem. She just began arguing with me when we were arguing regarding the issue she was on the phone at all times, she gave me my money back and she threw me, yes, threw me 3 dollars and I told her I wanted all my money back, and she started screaming at me (the customer) I had to yell at her as well so she could give me my money back, finally she returned the money did not apologize for the incident, she kept the receipt and I ask for it back and she again threw it at me.

I think the corporation should not have this kind of people in their companies, this is not the first time I receive very poor service but for sure this will be the last time, how can you go back to a restaurant where client is not important.

That is one heck of a run on sentence. Also, all caps is considered yelling. You can make your dissatisfaction with the company with out "yelling" on the board.

My question is was the fly dead or alive? If it was alive then it could have been flying around and stopped at the burrito for some breakfast. Dead, then yes you could have a complaint.

I'm sorry, I couldn't read it, gave me a headache trying.

Who cares if they dont smile or greet you. If you were patronizing at retail stores long enough, you should have been used to not being smiled at or being greeted. If they dont smile or greet you, you could have smiled and greet them instead to let them know that you're having a wonderful day.

Q: What's this fly doing on my burrito?

A: Look like the hat dance.

So what you are saying is, you are here complaining on the world wide web about being in a restaurant and a fly landing on your food. At no other time in your life has a bug ever landed on your food and this place is appalling for not having procedures in place to prevent a fly from entering the premise. Is that what you are trying to tell us?
My next question is for the two people who voted this helpful?! How exactly was it?

I voted (NH!) at least twice, just for good measure.

You walked out without your money and your food? Why? I wouldn't have left until they gave me my money back.
