Comcast Corporation Complaint - Stay Away From Comcast... Just Run!
I have had issues with my services the moment I signed up for it. But the most recent one is with my billing after I requested for the services to stop. I have requested for my services to stop on the 17th of March and I requested for a tech to pick up my equipment.... Well no one ever came to pick up the equipment until may now I have a bill 435.00 and no services. I have been on hold for over 2 hours and still no one with any common know how of customer service.
I am now calling the corp. headquarters to see if they can help and understand what my issue is. If you need the number it is 1-215-665-1700.
If you are thinking about Comcast's services just run stay away. You will be on the phone more then you are enjoying what the offer you. And once you get someone you will pull your hair out because they have no Common Know How Of Customer Service.
