Sprint Nextel Complaint - Bad Phone Service & Problems With Text Messaging

I have had Nextel for about 11 yrs and the service was never really that good. Then Sprint took over & the service got worse. I have filed many complaint to Sprint & the FCC and the resolution is always the device. With no compensation for the problems & poor phone service. Just funny how the phone service only acts up between about 8am - 10am at about 12pm - 2pm and again around 4pm - about 7pm right at peak hours of use. but they assure me that the system is not overloaded its a problem with the phone. So that means that every one I know that has the same problem has a bad phone. Bull S*** ! Now I have a problem with the phone on the Sprint service won't receive text messages from phones on Nextel service but will receive text from all other service carriers. Again they told me it was the device, so they sent me a new device and I still have the same problem. So after (no lie) 5 days of phone calls & about 14 hrs,2 trips to the Sprint store (25min away)they are saying maybe they have a problem in their system with routing the messages. The last tech I talked to told me they should of never told me the phone was the problem that is is clearly a problem on their end with system routing.
With all that said I would like to hook up with people who also have problems with Sprint/Nextel service to get a class action law suit going for deceptive business practices & unfair billing practices. [snip]
