VarTec Clear Choice Communications Complaint - Bogus Billings
IRVING, TEXAS -- I spoke VarTec Clear Choice Communications today and was told I had cancelled their services as of March 2009. Charges from Clear Choice showed up again on my April 2009 and May 2009 bills. When AT&T receives a billing from Clear Choice Communications, isn’t there a red-flag that comes up since I have had the charges from them reversed the past two months? I do not use their services, or any other long-distance service.
I never authorized VarTec Clear Choice to bill me. And another strange thing - I was charged a minimum fee ($2.43) for NOT using their services.
This is nuts!
