Goodyear Viva 2 Tires - Complaint
Bought the tires @ WalMart. After only 3,000 miles had to get them to re-balance because of rough ride and pulling to right. Noise got louder and roughness got worse even with regular balancing and rotating due to irregular wear pattern. The date stamp on one tire was actually blank! Finally after only 28,559 miles confronted WalMart and after two and one-half hours of negotiation with the store manager, a cash refund was given me for unused portion of the 60,000 mile warranty.
Goodyear I feel, still owes me for several 120 mi. round trips to try to remedy the situation, plus the value of my time to deal with their shoddy product.
