Home Depot Complaint - Customer Service
MIDLAND, TEXAS -- On April 20, 2009 My wife and I ordered and pre-paid for a garage door from the Home Depot. We were excited because we were fixing the house up and knew this would upgrade the looks of it. Eight days later, someone came and inspected the garage. We got a phone call May 29th from someone, after I had called Home Depot 3 times to get information...did not get much. Someone said they would be there on the 4th of June to install the garage door. A nice young man installed the door by himself. When he was done, he asked me to look at it...I told him; good job, where are the windows? He said he did not have anything to do with that. He said he would advise his supervisor at Overhead Door. That evening on the 4th, I talked to an Asst Manager of some type and told him we had no windows and had ordered them. He said he would advise the store Manager and she would call me. Still waiting and this is the 9th of June. I called the next day and talked to some lady and she said she would help me. I am still waiting with NO WORD from Home Depot in Midland, Texas.
Home Depot. if you get this...all I want is my windows....
