Buffalo's Reef Complaint - Bad Food And Service

FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA -- Mr Hanely,

Thank you for your reply to this matter, I apologize for the delay for I have been out of town. I understand the compromise you have offered, and I am sure that your staff is well qualified for the tasks that you assign them. However it appears that employee loyalty is above customer satisfaction. I did not leave and return several times I left only once, and that is only after the manager said and I quote " what would you like me to do sir" as a customer I have no clue as to what she is authorized to do to solve the problem, She should have replied, I am sorry sir: Let me have the staff correct the problem, this is how customer satisfaction works. not "What would you like me to do sir". when I returned and asked the manager to take the wings and that I did not want them. She then took the wings and discarded them into the trashcan and walked away, once again not offering a solution to the problem, leaving me with my jaw on the floor, I had just witnessed my $46 dollars of wings go into a trashcan, does she not understand that times are hard and that some families save an entire month to have this one night?

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received, and at this point the money is pragmatic, I am forwarding this complaint to the #1 web site that promotes restaurants in this area. (restaurant-guide.com) as you may know this is the site that most tourist go to to find good quality food and services while on vacation. I am also going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce.
