T-Mobile Complaint - Roaming Termination - Early Termination for Roaming
I have been a loyal T-Mo customer, with multiple lines, for over 7 years. Today I opened a letter saying I roam too much and they are terminating my service with less than 30 days to go. I called and they explained there was nothing I could do.
So when I discussed their adds of free nationwide, the support person said "well they aren't free" - this was one reason I went with them in the first place. Now, they terminate because of this with no warning.
Made my decision to switch to another company with a new 3G phone very easy...
I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone who travels for work.
