Bananahobby.com Complaint - Avoid BananaHobby.com (like the plague)

I wish I'd researched this poor excuse for an online hobby store, before I got sucked in by the You Tube videos, of the little Oriental guy seemingly having no problems right out of the box. The reality is, you'll have nothing but problems, first, with the non existent quality control check of what they ship you, and the EVEN WORSE the total lack of customer service from the company. They have a few teenage punks working there, that leave you with the perception that they could care less about you as a consumer, and won't even address your concerns, whether over the phone (if you can actually get someone to the phone, {good luck!})The wing came with an inoperable elevator. They originally ignored my request to ship a replacement, and then when they finally shipped the replacement, it was a husk, a shell of a wing, with no working parts ie: elevator and gears, no wires, nothing. This was after I spoke to two of the immature brats there, pretending to be customer service, requesting the replacement be inspected before having it shipped, so I'd know I was getting a valid part this time.

They are the worst excuse for a company, I have ever dealt with. The Better Business Bureau should close them down!!!

The BBB can't close any company. They just can give it a bad rating if they don't pay them enough.
