Total Protect Complaint - Rip-Off - Home Warranty

After filing air conditioner claim, it took one month for repairs to take place. I not only had to pay $60 co-pay but, I had to pay $225.00 for disposal of old freon. Yes, $225.00! I made more calls than I can count to this company during that one month period. I always got the same reply....Someone will call you back. You guessed it, NOT ONE CALL WAS EVER RETURNED!

I do not suggest anyone using this company. I do however suggest to do as I did. The company has been reported to Better Business Bureau.
