Under Armour Complaint - Service Sucks - 2 Pair Of Walking Shorts And 2 Shirts

I placed an order with Under Armour on May 19,2009 it is now June 11, 2009. I have not received my order and it says I have not placed an order but on my bank statement Under Armour has taken out there money! So please DO NOT order from there web-site you will lose your money!!!

If you used a credit card, dispute the charges with your credit card company immediately. If not, you may want to dispute the charges with your bank. It may be helpful if you have the email stating that you never placed an order with them, but they deducted monies from your account or billed your credit card anyway.

I've never ordered from these guys (fat guys don't need to wear cool clothes), but on other sites where I've had "missing orders", they've been able to find them because the system didn't properly create the account to associate the order with.

You may want to give them a call at their CS number 1-888-7-ARMOUR (276687). I'll bet they can track it by card number and give you an update.
