T-Mobile Complaint - Tmobile's New Loyalty Plan Customer Care Tells Customers The Fee Of $49.99 A Month Will Include Free Text Messaging
NEW MEXICO -- I have been with TMobile for 6 years and I have 2 lines of service and a few months ago I was told that I am a loyal customer and I can pay $49.99 a month for unlimited calling nationwide and texting for the same exact fee because I have been with them 6 yrs. with never being late on my bill and never having service terminated etc...so I opted to renew contract to get new phone that has a keyboard on it for texting for a fee I was told of $0 for 2 yr. contract. Well I was misled and lied to 100% and I was billed $14.99 each month for the texting on top of the $49.99 and also was billed 2 1/2 months later a fee of $35.00 for the phone.
So I called customer care, account services because my bill was almost double and until now I have never had a hard time making a payment but seeing my bill was almost doubled and the financial situation most of us are in we cannot afford to pay Tmobile for charges that were placed on us in a misleading fashion and I contacted a woman at Tmobile that I had found online saying it was executive customer relation dept. and the woman said her name was "*******" and I explained everything to her and she spoke to me as if I was slow and she used all these fancy words I have never heard in my life and asked me several time what I wanted from them and I had to keep repeating myself that I have been with them for 6 yrs. and never missed a payment on either line and that I was misled about the loyalty program and the fee for this phone and after her cutting into my speaking on several occasions and being rude to me by talking to me like a professor which I would need a dictionary to interpret the words she was using in her sentences as I had to ask her quite a few times what the words she was using meant. She offered me no help whatsoever and I asked for her manager and she said she herself works directly for the "PRESIDENT OF TMOBILE" and that I could not get any higher than her and basically all she could do for me is take my phone back and credit me the $35.00 when they get it and she would give me an address to pay and ship it to her directly and that she was not going to credit me for the 2 months of texting that they falsely charged me for when they told me my plan was $49.99 a month with unlimited calling nationwide and texting.
She was eager to take the phone back and then credit me after she gets it and let me go back to no contract after I have been with Tmobile with 2 phones for 6 years. I was beside myself to think that this woman basically told me she works with the President of Tmobile as his personal secretary in NM in so many words and she and the president of Tmobile could give a hoot if I up and left the company after all these years of always faithfully paying my bill each month!!! I am hoping that Tmobile will see this and if they do maybe they can contact me and give me a little insight as to why Ms. ******* speaks on behalf of Tmobile corporation and the President of Tmobile in a very unhelpful and negative manner to people like me whom have been loyal to them for 6 years.
She said she has no manager as she is the highest person before the President of Tmobile and she basically is saying that both her and the President of Tmobile do not care how long customers stay with Tmobile and they don't care if the wrong info went out to customers to get them to sign on to a new supposed plan for loyal customers of theirs so it appears it was all a hoax to make them look good when in fact the hidden fees of $14.99 a month for unlimited texting was 100% separate from the $49.00 monthly charge and the $0 fee for the new upgraded phone was not really $0 it was $35.00 and they decided to charge me for it 2 1/2 months afterwards!!! All I wanted was Tmobile to get this situation right and fix the problem so I hope they email me and I will call the proper person and hopes to fix it before I call the BBB and Consumer Reporting Agencies etc..... I am more upset than ever that [snip] says she is the President of Tmobile's right hand woman and whatever intellectuality she uses to speak to customers to make them feel stupid and useless and telling customers that what she says goes and that is so awful for a PRESIDENTS OFFICE AT A BIG CORPORATION CALLED TMOBILE can actually treat us loyal customers so badly as if it weren't for us loyal customers they would not be in business today!
All I hope is for the President of Tmobile have his secretary email me with a number where this 100% loyal customer of his for 6 years with 2 phones can call to straighten out this matter and also possibly have a word or 2 with ****** about how badly she communicates with us to problem solve!!
