Linder's Furniture Complaint - NEVER AGAIN - Furniture order
FULLERTON, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered an entire bedroom set from Linder's - bedframe, 2 nightstands, armoire, and king bedding. Upon delivery, the armoire was two inches deeper than the figure the salesperson gave me. I called the salesperson at the store immediately, and was told "oops, my fault". Because the armoire would not fit in my room because of it, I refused delivery. Upon returning to the store, I was told that I could not return it because I okayed the original order, which stated the written dimensions. I said yes, but the written dimensions were WROMG! I wanted matching pieces, so I wanted to return the whole bedroom suite, but they said since the rest of it was fine, already delivered, and signed for, they refused to return it. So I am stuck paying for an armoire that doesn't fit (because of the salesperson) and a bedroom suite that I can't find a matching armoire for. Also, the bedding turned out to be marked "king" when it was sized for a queen. When I tried to return that, it took me SEVEN trips to the store to finally get a manager to give me credit, and even that was a major problem. I will NEVER deal with Linder's ever again.
