Celtic Insurance Complaint - Celtic Insurance Has No Clue How To Maintain Satisfied Customers
When I obtained a health insurance policy in July of 07, and they continue to increase my premiums more than once in a year period, it was time to say good bye forever. When I eventually cancelled the policy in March of 09, they never even asked me why I cancelled my policy. Just last night I received a call from an independent research company asking me all sorts of questions as to why I cancelled my policy. 1. Since I know they were not from Celtic, there was no way I was giving them any feedback.
I told them, send me something in the mail and I will be happy to tell them all they need to know about their lack of concern for their customers.
