Centennial Wireless Complaint - What the hell is this???? - phone sales

phone sales - Complaint
Review by #@%&! on 2009-06-13
WARSAW, INDIANA -- Hey, make sure to add on an extra $20 when you look at the price of the Centenntial phones. I had a phone for five years (Sony Erikson...nice phone) and it finally died. I didn't want to extend my contract yet, so I opted to just purchase a 'relatively' cheap phone for full price. I picked out a Nokia, for $106. The bill was $135. I asked as to why? I was told there was a $20 upgrade charge on all phones. I asked why? She said, "because people are upgrading" Morons...not those upgrading...those working there. I bought it anyway, but come on. What the hell is with that?

If you weren't satisfied with the answer, you shouldn't have bought it. You were aware that they were charging you more than the stated price -- you should have walked, they can't be the only game in town.

Nice answer from the rep. I assume you are still under contract which is why you had to buy the phone? Just remember this when your contract expires and go elsewhere.
