Warranty Corporation of America Complaint - WaCA Does Not Honor Claims

Review by Joseph on 2009-06-14
NORCROSS, GEORGIA -- I purchased a GAP insurance plan on a used car while living in California. The car was subsequently totally destroyed and I filed a claim with Warranty Corporation of America. WaCA stated that I had cancelled the policy after the accident. I advised them that I did not cancel and, further, that it would make no sense to cancel instead of making a claim. After several phone calls and letters, WaCA ignored me and I just gave up on the matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Warranty Corporation of America is a scam company.

Don't give up. If you were supposed to be covered under the terms of your plan, you are owed compensation.

Contact your state's insurance commissioner.

Ditto for Soaring. You could also pursue a claim in Small Claims Court up to, I believe, $5000 bucks. They would have to appear and argue their case, along with the submission of their supporting documents, if they had any. Keep at it, don't let these sons of female dogs win..............
