TiVo Complaint - Really Bad Customer Service: Don't Use Tivo
Tivo says they can't find a record of my requesting cancellation in connection with my switch from an old box to their Hi-Def box, so they charged me for both boxes and won't refund payments for the old box, even though they admit it hasn't been hooked up for 9 months (they're giving only 3 months of credit)! And the new box is broken (the HDMI output isn't working), so they set up a return and didn't mention there's a $52 fee for the return.
What a scam! Stick with your cable company's DVR!
