Koons of Fredericksburg Complaint - Service Department Stinks

FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA -- 11 months ago I took our van to Koons of Fredericksburg to have them fix our air conditioner. They had to replace the condinsor. It was working fine until 2 weeks ago when it blew up on me when I was sitting in the van. The van wasn't even running. Needless to say I have taken the van back to them 3 times in less than a week and it is still not fixed. I have a 2 year warranty on it and Koons is balking about fixing it. This is not a good place to go if you want to get your car fixed. They don't even call you when your car is in their shop. You have to call them to find out what is going on.

If there's a 2 year warranty, I don't see how they can balk about repairing it or replacing it. Stick to your guns.

I really feel your pain. I wished I read this responds before I went to Koons of Fredrickburg. I too suffer with this issue, and how did you deal with it. I brought a 2006 Ford Fusion, and it is horriable. I can't beleive the customer serivce there. Its really bad. I send emails, I call and no responds. They dont want to fic stuff, and it is really bad.

The problems that I am having are small, but I still have 30 tags on it, and they have been dead for 3 days, I went by there, and no responds. I contacted them, no responds. Its Horriable the worse place anyone could go to buy a car. I just wished I was on line researching before I brought my car. The rating for the Fusions are great, but this one is horriable it drives really badly.
