Cycle Spectrum Complaint - Very Unhappy - Bike repair

KATY, TEXAS -- I have been a customer of Cycle Spectrum for almost two years. Jason was an absolutely wonderful salesman and service tech. About a month ago everything changed. The owner/manager that is there does not know the meaning of customer service let alone the definition of courtesy. I took two bikes in for repair and when I picked them up I discovered the chain guard (which was one of the repairs was missing). He was rude when I went in and told me they didn't come with one (I purchased the bike from them 12/08 with a chain guard) but that he would check and get back to me. Three weeks later I stoped he was out and the young man took my name and message and said he would have the owner call. Needless to say he did not so my husband went in with the bike and he ended up being rude and yelling and will not replace the guard. I would not recamend dealing with this store ever they lost their customer service when Jason left. WISH IKNEW WHERE HE WORKS NOW!!!!!!
