David's Bridal Complaint - Making my Dream Wedding a Nightmare !!!
TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- I chose David's Bridal as the place to buy everything I would need for my August wedding. It has been a nightmare!! I did purchase my dress and had the consultant write down my veil and tiara since I was going to purchase them on a later date. When I came back to place my order, they had lost my paperwork!!! Meaning I would have to try on the veil and tiara again. If they were not in the store, then I would be taking a chance and order it and be stuck with it if I didn't like it. So I made an appointment with another consultant since I was told the girl before didn't write down the right numbers to order my things. I then asked to speak to the manager and she said she would double check. Turns out they did find my paperwork and the other consultant was just trying to get commission off me!!! So my veil and tiara were ordered!! So I get a call saying my veil had arrived. Yeah!! Relief knowing my veil was in and no more worries. WRONG!!! I came in to pick up the veil and it was NOT the veil I had tried on. Oh was I pissed!! I have 9 1/2 weeks till my wedding and they have to reorder it!! No sorry can I give you a discount for your trouble our mistake, all the lady said was would you like us to order that then??!! I will never shop David's Bridal again and will warn everyone else about my awful experience!!!!! I hope I get the correct veil this time.
