Panasonic Complaint - Poor Poor Phone Customer Service

I am so frustrated with the phone customer service for my PanaSonic DMR. I have been waiting since January to get my TV guide service up and running and today when I called for an update I got the rudess woman tech I have ever talked to. I can't even mention her name here because it is against the rules. When I told her that she was to rude and that I wanted a different operator she connected me to the wrong department and that department kept reconnecting me to someone in their department that could not help me. I would say she feels she got back at me for telling her she was terrible at her job. But I will NEVER talk with her again. If I ever get her on the phone again I will refuse to talk with her every time and I will wait to be connected to someone else every time. I would love to get her fired but I know I don't have that kind of power and she knows it too, or she would be better at her job. Thank you for letting me vent!!!!
