STOUGHTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased a brand new leather love seat, chair and ottoman for over $2000 and the leather is already worn on the chair and love seat. I've had this set for just over a year. I called customer service and they sent a man out to inspect the set. He quickly realized that we just ran out of the one year warranty and wasn't the least bite concerned about helping us. He offered no solution on how it could be fixed, Only stated several times in broken English, there was nothing he could do. My wife asked him if Bob's service department could at least fix the furniture at a cost to us and he stated again "nothing he could do" He was at my house all of 2 minutes. This is poor customer service and considering I paid so much for the furniture, they should have helped us in some way to get this furniture repaired.
I own a business that serves hundreds of people a week in new England and I will go out of my way to tell people about the poor quality and the poor customer services that I received from Bob's Furniture. BUYER BEWARE!
