Liquadations.com Complaint - Dedicated Crooks - Wholesale Sellers Of Customer Come Backs, Shelf Pulls, Used & Salvage Product

Review by screwed,blued,tattoed on 2009-06-17
PLAINFIELD, INDIANA -- I would warn ANYONE who is considering using this company to PLEASE read this letter and the other thousands just like it. This company is a legalized rip-off, inc... No way to know who else is bidding, or what you will actually get. Look the auction over closely...If you see a brand name item, look at the manifest and see how many of them are in that load. They pull a brand name item out for pics on EVERY AUCTION to bait you in. We bought several hundred brand new swimsuits, thinking we could make some money on them... they stated small, medium, large, & x-large sizes, but neglected to say they were ASIAN sizes, the x-large were about 13-14 American...Bought several hundred bra's, they just neglected to say all but 3 or 4 were either 34 B, or 36A.. Try selling 2 hundred 34B's... One auction said crossbow, when we received it, the "bow" was all that was there...Like telling you "refrigerator", and only getting a door...We wrote and appealed to their sense of fair trade and decency, neither of those virtues exist there apparently, as the complaint was posted month's ago, with no reply.

We spent around $7000, total, and are still trying to get into the black...If it looks too good to be true, thats the way it is...Don't be fooled... better to buy product at a higher cost that actually works and is as described...

oh that's annoying.

I've lived in Japan too. I know what you're talking about.

What do you care who else might be bidding? That has nothing to do with your making a purchase.

Do you buy for a living, or understand how things work ? Who else is bidding makes all the difference in the world...You want to bid against someone wanting to purchase, or people trying to run the bid up, who may own the stuff, or have an agent working for them running the bidding up ??? Do you understand what "artificially running the bid up " actually means? If you think that not knowing the difference has nothing to do with making a purchase, I would recommend these people to you...You are the kind of customer they are looking for...

sounds like you are trying to put the screws to your customers in the end. Ya live, ya learn, ya die and forget it all.

If "putting the screws to your customers" means you need to make a profit, I am guilty..If having a fit of righteous indignation over getting cheated out of my hard earned money, I am guilty of that as well...For all you people who do not know, "making a profit" is what makes business work... Ya live , ya learn,ya die ??? How profound...You figure that out all on your own ??? you make a profit or your business is no more...Don't know about you, but I got a lot of years left to live... That's what living and learning is supposed to do...make you smarter... I was simply trying to give anyone with a clue a shortcut...Sorry it fell on deaf ears... Just because you spend your time critiquing things you obviously do not understand does not make you an expert on anything... Try doing it for real in the real world... Where your decisions and actions really matter... In other words, that I am sure you can comprehend, Yes, I will have fries with my order.......
