Automotive Warranty Advisors Complaint - Scam! - Automotive Extended Repair Service

Review by crose0916 on 2009-06-17
ATTENTION!!!! SCAM!!! There are scammers and these are one of the best!! This company took 6 days to get me... denied. They take 1 hr to answer and you never get results. Then they deny the claim, and if you dispute it, it's a waste of time!

I am out of pocket $700!!! Don't use them or your credit card will be tapped out too!!!

If they didn't provide services based on their contract obligations, file a dispute with your credit card company.

Are these the same people that were making all the telemarketing calls claiming to know that your current warranty was about to expire?? Even to those who don't even own a car?? That should right have raised a BIG red flag in my book.

We don't get the calls, but I got a "very important message!" in the mail advertising one of these outfits. Right into the trash.

I still laugh about these, not at you OP. If these are the telephone calls, you push a number to be connected to a rep and the first thing he asks is what make and model you drive. Hello, he doesn't know and placed the call? These calls start up again about every three months. Too many have been taken so it must be pretty profitable.
