Air France Complaint - Worst customer service in whole industry - Thieves
I am a very frequent flier and have been loyal to Air France for years. I reached their highest status "platinum" years ago and have maintained it since then.
I will however start booking with other airlines from now on, for two main reasons:
- Their customer service is by far the worst, most unfriendly and unhelpful I have ever come accross;
- Using your miles towards award tickets is almost as expensive as buying full price tickets, since they charge you a fortune in "fuel surcharges" and other taxes: About $400 this summer for a Philadephia - Paris return trip. No other airline rips you off the way they do. Great way to reward your customers, especially your very best ones!!!...
As a Frenchman I am somewhat ashamed to have to say that but I hope that my experience will serve others.
