Review by pamalita on 2009-06-17
When I was putting the fix it on the scratch the tube and the tip was stuck I was pushing and shaking it to get it out the fix it ran down my car out of the pen the brush was stuck and was trying to wipe it with a paper towel but the stuff just lump up on my car and I want to know how to remove it. I was told to go to this web site to email them and they will contact me. The direction should say that if you do not wipe it in seconds it will get hard and lump up tell me how to get it off...

Pamalita, you NEVER want to post personal info about yourself. You never know who's going to start stalking you (psst, look at the comment above mine for example)

did you test it on cardboard before you used it on the vehicle?

if it has already dried, use a buffing compound with an electric buffer. may take a long time, and you run the risk of buffing away the surrounding paint.

Due to moderation, I will have to answer this via IM.

Littleyaya is right.

often from an email address ... people can search and find your real name etc

The best amount of trust to give strangers online...

"None. Zero. Zilch. Zip. :("

that's all I say on that subject.... ;-)

As for getting it off, you might need to use something very abrasive.

I would suggest perhaps contacting a dealer or a hobby store.

and yes... test the original product first before you put it on the car.
