United Airlines Complaint - Lack Of Service & Follow Thru
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- There has been a total lack of response from customer service on the web site when complaints were issued regarding service on recent flight from Hon. to O'hare when a response was requested. A survey was completed mid Apr.
I also made several phone calls requesting a pamphlet or catalog detailing the items available for reward on miles in my account. On one occasion I was told non was available. I made at least 3 more calls before I was finally told that one was to be mailed. This was 3 weeks ago. I have still not received one. There is a total break down of the Web site system and the agents on the phone, at least regarding Mileage Plus is a complete bust. Since I have problems trying to use my acquired miles for upgrades etc, I felt I needed to use them somehow.
I am really disappointed with UAL and their Mileage Plus program. I have at least 118000 miles to use.
