LaFontaine Automotive Group Complaint - Don't buy from LaFontaine

DEARBORN, MICHIGAN -- I noticed when buying a vehicle that they had added an extended warranty for $1800. I asked that it be removed and the tag team of Kristin and Lisa kept trying to talk me into keeping it. They told me I could cancel it anytime. I didn't want it to begin with and kept calling and e-mailing to have it refunded. It has been 7 months and I keep calling and e-mailing and no one will even speak to me about it, despite lengthy messages. They couldn't care less, don't even give me the courtesy of a call back. My next step is one of the television stations, heck maybe all of them.

Send them a certified letter requesting the refund. Make sure to include receipt of letter confirmation.

Do what MS said, and when they don't respond, file a small claims action against them.
