Krebs Dodge Dealership Complaint - Terrible Sales and Service Department

Review by leehei on 2004-05-10
GIBSONIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Krebs Dodge in Gibsonia has been the worst dealership I have ever come across. They handled my lease trade-in incorrectly causing an ongoing dispute over my credit..whish Krebs caused in the first place. They refuse to help me rectify the situation..avoid my phone calls, and lie to me when I actually catch them off guard. The new car I purchased there made funny sounds for almost the entire first year I owned it, and there service department could not find the reason for the loud unavoidable sounds. They tried telling me that I should continue driving it around until the something happened to the car. There has been nothing professinal about Krebs dealership, and I strongly encourage people to stay away from Krebs if they are looking for a smooth transfer into their next car!

I went looking for used cars one day, and i happened across Kreb's in New Ken. I saw a car that caught my eye, and a descent price on it (which was the only car they had worth the money)! It was a 1994 Plymouth SunDance. Anywho, i went down to test drive it on a Saturday, which i did, and i told the seller named Fran that i would get my loan, and call him Monday so i could make the down payment. Well, when i called Monday, i talked to Sean, since the boss had cut out early (how professional), who kept me waiting nearly an hour just to tell me that my car had been sold. He then proceeded to tell me how that is my fault for not making a down payment!!! They couldnt even wait one business day!!! Well, to all who read this, never buy a car there, the cars are junky, the service sucks, and everything they tell you is a lie! Tell all your friends, and email it around! Drive by Krebs with big middle fingers glaring!

I got ripped bigtime by Krebs! I bought a truck from them. They promised me new tires to make the sale but then sliped a clause in the "We Owe You" form which basically said that I would have to buy the tires myself. STAY AWAY!! They told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale .. look on ripoff report for my whole story.
