Defy Supply Complaint - Horrible horrible horrible!!!

PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA -- I ordered salon chairs on Nov 26 2008. I received them 7 weeks later. I was NOT able to talk to anyone!! No one EVER returned my "phone calls". I don't think they even check. I had already paid for them and getting nervous that I got scammed I called my credit card company and they reimbursed me. I received the chairs in boxes that looked like a 2 year old boxed them, damaged, open, and in pieces. So I refused the shipment. After 7 weeks, thats a lot of money I work hard for to pay and not receive what I ordered. Now in May of 2009 I start receiving emails that I needed to pay the shipping fee and the 20 percent restocking fee. 242.00.or they would turn me into the credit bureau. So I send in a cashiers check to the address that they provided and it was returned to me twice!! so they recharged my credit card after brent already said they don't keep info on file!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

File a dispute with your credit card compnay.

Don't fall for their idle threats. Dispute the charges.

You should not have to pay a penalty for refusing damaged products.

I just want it known that this company is horrible. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
