HomeBrands (dba iKitchen) Complaint - Do NOT do business with HomeBrands, iKitchen, or any of their affiliates -- they are boldfaced CROOKS!

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I ordered a bread machine from HomeBrands online. Received prompt order confirmation via email from iKitchen. Was told the item was on backorder. After a few weeks, they charged my debit card; however, upon checking my orde status, nothing had shipped! I have asked four times via email (they give a phone number, but it automaticcally dumps you into a full voice mailbox) for my order to be cancelled and my $85 refunded. They say they'll do it but, after 6 weeks, nothing has been done. I have filed complaints with the FTC and the BBB; however, I doubt I will ever see my money. Check it out and BEWARE!!!!!!!!! It is a crime that they are allowed to continue to do this to people!
