Epson Printers Complaint - Worst Printers on the Market

Review by JB3 on 2009-06-18
Continual problems with this printer. It just stops working occasionally for no apparent reason. Then, after no real fixes are made, works again. Replacing cartidges is an archaic process of waiting for the printer to first choose which of it's several inks is low, then having it stop at the proper place to put the new cartridge in. Can't replace them until it says you can 'cause it won't let you move your print heads manaually. So convoluted it bogles the mind that adult human beings actually designed this thing. Do they use their own crap?

Thought I was getting a deal, but having multiple inks to change is weird and costs as much if not more than the market leading printer manufacturers.

Going back to something logical and usable. Plus, I can go to the office supply stores and get them to recharge my standard printer ink - not possible with these off the wall cartridges.
