Best Buy Informative - Best Buy - Geek Squad
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I have read some of the reviews from the people who had job performed by Best Buy's Geek Squad. I happen to work or an electronics company myself. I laugh when I hear "I had to wait days to get my productinstalled!" I want to tell that jerk of a customer that they need to get a life. You are not the only person on earth, and this is a business. Be patient. Also: Do your research you ignorant fools. "I had to pay $200 for them to hook this up" well, obvously you had no clue how to do it yourself, so maybe you should say thank you! And "I had to pay $60 for a cable no one told me about"- you are an idiot! How do you spend money on a system, and not know what cables you need for it. That is your job to educate yourself. If my store worked half as well as Best Buy, and had Geek Squad to do EVERYTHING for these incompitant idiots, my job would be great. Try "thank you" you spoiled jerk consumers! I love the Geek Squad, and hire them to take care of things I buy from my store! So, stop complaining- you will never be happy.
