Norton Complaint - They stole my money twice

Don't do business with this company. They charged me twice and now refuse to refund my account. Norton is a fraudulent coumpany with poor custumor support. I would also encourage others to compalin to their states attorney and senators. I'll be calling my attorney soon if no resolution is found. Shame on you Norton. It would also be nice to have support that you can understand vs always going to India.

Mattssstas, Norton has no support, period. Plus their software can ruin a perfectly good system.

If you charged their product on a credit card--dispute the charges with the credit card company.

File a chargeback through your bank.

I would file a chargeback on the entire transaction, not just the 2nd charge. Let Norton sort it out with their merchant account processor.
