Sprint PCS Complaint - Sneaky, deceptive, and scandalous
ESCONDIDO, CALIFORNIA -- Here we go again, with Sprint!! I went in to a store to get a new phone. I clearly stated that I did not want to extend my contract. I NEVER agreed to an extended contract and the salesman promised me that I wouldn't be stuck in one. OH, BUYER BEWARE!!! Can you believe it?? They lied, oh my! Today I found out that they DID extend my contract and told me I should have looked at the small print. It was never disclosed to me. They had a note in a computer screen that I agreed to this when I spoke to a customer service agent on the phone when activating the phone. After getter NOWHERE at the Sprint store, I called the customer service #611 on my phone and again got NOWHERE. Told to read the small print. I asked to hear the "recorded phone call" where I supposedly agreed to another 2 years with these guys. OF COURSE, I am not privy to that piece of evidence. I hope someone starts a Class Action Law Suit against these guys. I work in Sales, too and if I didn't disclose something like this to a buyer I would have a lawsuit on my hands. STOP THE HIGHWAY ROBBERY. We need legislation on these guys, just like the credit card lenders. I couldn't even get them to get me ONE lousy month off the damn new contract. I feel deceived, lied to, ripped off and disgusted. Can't wait to get away from this "abusive relationship"
