Best Buy Complaint - Worst Buy Decision!
BEST BUY -PLEASE READ!!!!! YOU'RE BUSTED!
The sales agents will say ANYTHING to get you to buy their products. I ordered a window AC over the phone (888 number) and was promised that the $70.98 shipping fee included delivery via a BestBuy truck, installation of the new unit, and removal of the old. They shipped the AC via UPS! When I called to arrange installation, they tried to squeeze $114 out of me for an installation charge. Only after I spoke with a manager and named names of people who had fed me that line did she arrange for installation at no charge today. NO ONE IN THE INSTALLATION DEPT HAS ANY RECORD OF THIS INSTALLATION! I'm still waiting - no phone call, no confirmation phone call - only RUDE OPERATORS, RUDE REPS, AND LONG HOLD TIMES.
THIS COMPLAINT IS GOING TO THE BBB, STATE CONSUMER PROTECTION, AND FOX NEWS CONSUMER ADVOCATE.
