Travelocity Complaint - Unacceptable cancelation of flight reservation
I tried to book a ticket from Moscow to Greece. More than 24 hours after the booking at 4 o'clock in the morning Moscow time (Saturday to Sunday) I had a call from them which I did not manage to answer (I was sleeping, as expected). At 6 o'clock in the morning they canceled the flight since I did not communicate with them on time! I read their messages (warning written at 5:12 and cancellation at 7:15) at around 8:00 when I checked my morning e-mail (even if it was Sunday). What kind of service is this?
PS: I tried then to book the ticket straight from an airline web-site and received the e-ticket and the confirmation that everything is OK within 5 minutes.
