Fradulent Charges from Music123 - Complaint
RIVERTON, UTAH -- Please check your bank account. Music123 falsely charged me $350 for no reason. I called Music123 and confirmed the false charge. This is a wide problem and applies to any customer who ordered via Music123 and Musicians Friends. Music123 claims that the false charge was due to a faulty computer system. Music123 wrote bad program where the computer faithfully complied - so don't blame this mess on the computer. Music123 needs to contact every customer affected this error and be truthful about the issue and inform them ASAP to minimize impact. The fact that Music123 is not calling the affected customers when the issue was identfied is a major concern.
