Kroger Complaint - Kroger Claims to have NO Policy to Report Food Poisoning!
I purchased California Rolls in the deli of the Krogers on Centennial in Richardson TX and within two hours of consumption ended up with severe cramps and diarrhea which kept me awake and miserable all night. The next morning (Sunday) I couldn't even keep coffee with milk on my stomach, and later ended up with nausea and a headache. I called the store and was told NO MANAGER was on duty, to call back in a couple of hours. I tried their website and found NO WHERE to report complaints! When I did reach a manager, I was told there is NO policy to report food poisoning and he had NEVER had a complaint. He blamed the company that he claims provided the sushi and after waiting all day, I still have NO response from either of them. I did find somewhere online to complaint to sushi company AND the the Health Department! It is apparent to me that Kroger couldn't care less if the foods they sell makes anyone sick and they accept NO responsibility!
