Sears Complaint - Worst Service Ever!?!?!
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- The other day, as a graduation gift to my god-daughter, I decieded to take her to the mall(roosevelt mall) and buy her what she wants. Along with us was my daughter(16yr) and my son(8yr), and her son(5month).We forgot the baby stroller at home, which was fine because my sister dropped us off and was gonna pick us up too. So, We first go to target and get about 5 bags of thing(snacks for my kids, her stuff, and shampoo) a big box of diapers, and a 3bin storage bin thingy. And then we decieded to head over to Sears. We could not find a cart. We searched the whole store and saw only 1 or 2 people with carts. And nobody working would ask if we needed help or anything. So I was carrying all the bags and the baby's carseat, my god-daughter had the storage bin(which was bulky), My daughter was holding the baby, and my son was holding the large box of diapers. We asked a few people that worked in the store if they had any carts or whatever.
So we been walking around for so long, all this heavy stuff, it was crazy. We then ask the lady at the jewelry counter if we could leave the stuff with her(not the baby of course) while we did our shopping and she was flipping out, and saying we can't keep stuff behind the counter and blah.
When we finally found a cart, it was small, soaked, and dirty.
So I'm gonna take a lucky guess that the Sears only has 1 cart? thats terrible...
