Sears Complaint - Sears Don't Buy Their Appliances They Don't Stand Behind Their Products They Sell
I bought a refrigerator at the end of Jan. 2009. Delivered Feb. 1, 2009, which mal-functioned by early June. Requested that my frig. be replaced. Denied my request sent tech out. Needs new compressor and everything else that goes with making it work. Total cost of repairs approximately $1,000.00 which includes labor and parts. They only way the will consider replacing it is if I continue to have problems with the frig. After so many service calls they may consider replacing it.
I will never buy anything from Sears again THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!
