Sears Complaint - Products and service: WILL NEVER AGAIN USE SEARS
BELLEVUE, WASHINGTON -- In 2005 we purchased a 2 fridges, 2 washers, 2 dryers. A nice commission for sales. Everything went wrong. The sales lady roadblocked me from returning items - I complained for about 1 year. My life became crazy busy, I lived with the frustrations and started w calling service again in 2009. I went from supervisor to supervisor. Nothing was documented in my file (the last supervisor promised me $100 credit on parts). Just this morning I was promised a call back from a supervisor - no call came. So I called in again, only to be transferred to the wrong department (no surprise there). I finally hired Alpine Appliance 206-235-1350 in the Belleuve, WA area. He fixed it in no time fro $192.00. Now I want Sears to reimburse me.
However, I do think that the love-hate relationship w the front loader is, that I must always check pockets and stop extra debris from entering the machine as it clogs the drain pipes. Wish me luck.
