Auto Parts Giant Complaint - First Time and Never Again
BELLFLOWER, CALIFORNIA -- On May 28th I ordered an AC compressor from Auto Parts Giant. I spoke with a customer service representative named ***** who with eagerness took my order and billing information. After he then took my order he followed up and assured me that my part will arrive in 5-10 business days. Well it is June 23rd and the part has failed to arrive at my mechanics shop. I have been persistent with emails and phone calls and it took until today, a month later to tell me that that the part was never shipped because the manufacturing company 4 seasons was out. I asked why they never advised me of the situation and then requested to speak to the manager (ext 201). Well John is out on Vacation until Monday June 29th and get this he does not have a last name. The customer service of this company is below satisfaction. The representatives are computer illiterate and have NO customer service proficiency. Why is this company still up and running ripping people off?
Seriously its bad enough that we the people are not as well off as a few years ago but now we have company’s that are taking Advantage....I think that 4 seasons should get involved due to the defamatory allegations Auto Giants is giving it’s customers
