Best Buy Complaint - Organized screw-up
If BB tried really hard they could probably screw up my order more than they already have, but it would take some serious organizing and planning.
One mistake, forgivable. Two mistakes, not happy but will let is slide. Three mistakes, upset. Ten+ mistakes - unacceptable.
I purchased a washer and dryer and provided two weeks notice delivery time. Six weeks later I still do have the product or my refund. During this time my order was: cancelled (not by me); non-functional washer delivered, no dryer; reschedule; new washer, no dryer; pick up washer - late by two hourse; partial refund - still waiting for the rest of my refund.
One of the times I called the store it took EIGHT minutes for someone to pick up. I was then transferred to about four different people, two of the people who could help me were out, and after 23 minutes spoke to a store manager. He promised to get back to me two days later. More than one week later I had to call him. He said he'd get back to me today.
We'll see ....
If you need a DVD or headset you can go to any electronics store. If you need anything delivered, forget it.
Don't go here. Too bad it's Circuit City that went out of business. I never had a problem with them.
