Mercantilla.com Complaint - Utter frustration - rocking chair

Visa charged on the 5th of June. many emails and tel. calls. No satisfaction. Major runaround from customer seervice. No one can find a tracking # or name of the company they ordered from. Only an email fax # which I can't access. I also cannot reply because their email is an illegal address. I call every day and they say the warehouse is looking for the track. #.
Asked to speak to a manager or have one call back and they say they are in a meeting and very busy. Meanwhile my chair is somewhere and my Visa has been charged for 22 days now. I find it very hard to believe they can't give me a tel. # or email address of the company that makes the item. I've looked online for Amish rocking chairs and none of them look like my "imaginary" chair. These people are absolutely clueless or major crooks. Let the buyer beware!

on your statement there will be a telephone number listed with the charge.

since June 5th, there has only been 12 business days.

You can dispute the charges with your credit card company.
