Qwest Complaint - Don't get stuck in their web!
COLORADO -- I will never, EVER, use QWEST again! I got internet and telephone service with Qwest, and when I first called them to transfer my internet service to my new home, they did so, but then I noticed on my bill that they extended my contract- I was not aware of this! I called to complain and just got the run around. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they kept me waiting for a long time. The name of the game is to waste our time so we will just give up. Months later I needed to get phone service (why did I choose qwest--I'm so stupid). Now that I've bought a house and I want to cancel service- Qwest tells me that I'm locked into a 2 year contract-- where did this come from??-- and it gets better... the "contract is for BOTH Phone and internet!!! AAAGGGG! At this point I have not told you about the HORRIBLE, UNRELIABLE service. my internet consistently goes out. I typically spend 20-30 minutes talking to someone in India who only knows how to read his teleprompter. I go through the whole routine just to find out that Qwest's connection is #$@!# up---not my computer. This has happened so many times (no exaggeration here at all. While at my first address, I found out I wasn't getting the connection speed I was paying for. after several calls to suctomer service & tech support, the finally corrected the longstanding connection issue. I DO NOT TRUST QWEST! There goal is to snare trusting consumers and milk them for everything they have-- with hidden fees and "terms" while giving horrible service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH QWEST EVER AGAIN-- NO MATTER WHAT.
