Bank of America Complaint - Very bad practices
To start I have been with BofA for over ten years. I have two savings accounts, two checking accounts, three credit cards, and and auto loan with, well... let me rephrase that HAD these accounts. Now, two of the c. cards had no balance and the other had around 4-5 k. I decided to do a balance transfer on the 22nd to save a litte in interest, well I decided to check the next day online to see if there was a status on it, to my surprise nothing was listed online about the transfer. I lokked a little closer and realized that they cut my credit from 15,500 to 5500 dollars, it dosent stop there they also closed the accounts on the other two c. cards!!!!!!!! So I called and of course I got "Betty" the customer representative that I could hardley understand. She began to tell me that BofA had cut all customers credit back, due in reason to the economy. Thought that to be weird, so I decided to call back 30 minutes later and got someone who could speak English, she began to tell me the real reason. Well to shorten this comment I am very upset bu the way I was treated by them. I was giving them my buisness and they just decided they didn't want it. I have 8 accounts with them I get treated like this. They have also played god with my credit score. Well its off to a new bank for me. I will make it known to all that want to bank with BofA to be aware of there practices and poor customer service. Dedication means nothing to this company.
