Altec Lansing Backbeat 906 - Complaint
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CALIFORNIA -- Very BAD customer service!!! I thought I was getting help from smart, technical people, but I was wrong since they tried to cheat me. They tried to sell me a ripped up box of headphones for the asking price of $99.99. After talking to them for nearly an hour, I almost decided to buy the headphones, but I asked to check if all of the parts were in the box. We looked inside and there was earwax on the earbuds with hair in the left earbud and the charger as well as the car adapter were missing. I felt good that I checked and felt like I was being cheated into buying crap. They acted as if they had no idea. I am never going there again. I feel like Costco has way better service than Fry's!

Unless a box is obviously factory sealed it's always a good idea to examine the contents first. If they don't let you open the box then leave.

They could have very well had no idea. What makes you think they did?
