Comcast Corporation Complaint - Do you want crappy service? Comcast is your company
Do you like crappy service? Do you like talking to foreign customer service representatives that can't speak a lick of English? Do you like when those foreigners have to put you on hold every time you ask a question because they don't know crap about Comcast? Do you like people that could care less that you are not satisfied with their services? Then Comcast is your company. I have been a Comcast customer off and on for 7 years and they are by far the worst in the business. They give you false information, they don't credit you for lost service (even when they say they have put a message on your account and it should be back on your credit card shortly), over all they could care less whether you are their customer or not. I even went as far as asking for the CEO's phone number and the supervisor would only give me their 1-800 number (yeah I think that will give me the CEO!)Overall avoid this company at all costs, it will make your life a lot easier to pay a little more and have a company that cares about you!!
